My only complaint is that all of the boxes (actual product containers for crystal cube, lighted base, and power cord for lighted base) were dented, torn, and crushed inside the shipping box - the shipping packaging was in great shape, so the issue existed before being packed for shipping. Since this was a gift, I had to re-box all of the pieces before wrapping them.
