First, we start with digital Sculpture. After the digital revisions are done, you are OK with the digital Sculpture, we’ll soon prep it for Production (3D Printing).
If you have asked us for realistic paint we will paint otherwise we just prime it with the base Gray shade + any mono color that you opted for.
🚚The next step is Voila 📦 Pack the 3d printed Sculpt and 📮ship the product.

Please remember you are ordering artwork!
⏰The time it takes to create and receive a custom 3D printed sculpt/art depends on the complexity of the design/art, the size of the Figurine to print, Mono color or Fully painted look, and the place the Buyer Resides( as we ship from Australia). The production time normally is 9-10 weeks( It may take longer for complex art).Shipping 2-3 weeks.

🌐We will provide an estimated timeline for the project while you order( Pls check the email after your order), and it's important to know the Timeline that we could able to ship however, Postal services take their time to deliver which is beyond our control.

Holiday delivery timelines must be explicitly agreed to in writing before order confirmation.

👍🏻Handle with care: Avoid handling roughly, dropping or knocking the print against hard surfaces.

🔵 Clean with care: When cleaning your resin print, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth or brush.

☀️Keep away from heat and sunlight: Resin prints can warp or become discoloured when exposed to heat or direct sunlight. We use high-quality lacquer to avoid turning yellowish if exposed to direct sunlight for long time

🎈Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture: Resin prints are not waterproof and ☀️can absorb moisture, which can cause warping or other damage. Our lacquer coating will prevent this to a larger extent.

🌟Use a display case or shelf: Consider displaying your resin print in a case or on a shelf, rather than handling it frequently.

Shipping: We ship across the Globe. Please Note that due to the risk of Breaking during Transit, we send the sculpture & the base separately in the box. However, you can Glue the Sculpture to the base.

The process

📍We reserve Exclusive Digital file rights, which include photos to market our business (we respect your privacy, so no private information is shared including the name of whose portrait it is). Production of copies is for you or the agreed parties only, meaning your pieces cannot be reproduced without prior consent 📍

**📍Order canceling**
We can refund you the total value if the order is canceled within 12 hours of ordering. But this policy is not suitable for the expedited order and not valid once we start the Project.

📍Refunds:
No Refunds are offered as this is custom-made ( made to order) and we spend a lot of time perfecting the 3D Digital sculpts, 3D print, Prime & and/or Paint.
If you receive the item damaged in transit which is beyond our control -you send the item back to us at your own cost and we repair the Item and send it to you. However, if we are unable to repair it, we reprint and ship it to you at our cost.
If your Parcel didn't arrive Broken and you still need Replacement, then you'll have to Takeup courier Charges ( 40 cm above)

Our products are made of Resin( SLA/DLP). We use Stereolithography/digital light processing (SLA/DLP) printers, These printers are 3D printers that print using light to cure liquid resin into layers. Occasionally we may use FDM printers to print the Items depending on the requirement.

Resin allows us to print a model with fine details, far more than a standard FDM printer can produce, and the result tends to need far less post-processing work to give you a finished product. We thoroughly cure the products before priming and shipping.

No, as per the manufacturers( We use ANYCUBIC Resin), the Cured Resin is Non-Toxic. Once you've given your resin its due curing time and it is cured completely, it is safe to use. Cured resin is completely non-toxic, so be comfortable touching it, using it, or placing anything on it
