What if I forgot to check the proof of my custom order?
You have 24 hours to confirm the order after we send out the proof. If we don’t receive any action from you within 24 hours, the order will be mark as approved and completed as the proof shown.
Is the product we receive look exactly like the image shown?
Yes, it will looks actually the same. But please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the printing or the monitor's display. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Returns
We do accept returns on any order. Please contact us within two weeks of receiving your package if you want to make a return.
In order to return an item, you must ship the package back at your expense, and the item must arrive in good, unused condition. We will then offer a refund of the 70% purchase price of the item (not including shipping cost).
Stolen, Lost or Damaged Packages
If your items arrive damaged, or if your package was shipped out but never arrived, please contact me. I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.
