She went above and beyond helping me with an idea I had for a little surprise Christmas gift for my husband...after graciously tweaking and merging two not so great photos, the watercolor picture she created is perfect and just what I had hoped for! Do you send proofs before shipping the print?
Yes! We love making sure our customers love their print before we ship. Make sure to review the beautiful proof as anything after approval and shipment will require additional fees.
What type of photo creates the best portrait?
Great question! When creating a beautiful portrait we find asking yourself this checklist helps a lot:
- The photo was taken in a well-lit area
- The photo isn't pixelated
- You can clearly see the subject in the photo (pet, house, etc.)
- Nothing is obstructing the view of the subject
Our team will do our best to work with low quality photos but anything after approval and shipment will require additional fees.
What happens after I order?
After placing your order simply send us 1-2 photos on Etsy by sending us a message.
Our team will send you a proof within 1-4 days
Etsy should send you an email notification when we send you a message so make sure to keep on the lookout!
After approval of the print we will start working on the printing process. We will send you your tracking information once shipped!
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Always make sure to double check the address! If you entered the wrong address we will need the correct address to update your order.
Unfortunately if you don't notice that the address was incorrect this is out of our hands and extra fees will be required to send out a new print. All prints sent to the wrong address and "returned to the sender" by the carrier are discarded to keep orders flowing.
