Oliver provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We ran into some issues with shipping, but he acted quickly, stayed in close communication, and did everything he could to get our sauna bucket to us as soon as possible—especially impressive considering the difficult circumstances in Ukraine. The bucket itself is beautifully crafted and excellent quality. It’s going to look amazing on our mobile sauna and will be such a fun addition to the experience we offer our guests. We’re so happy with it and would absolutely recommend Oliver and his work. Five stars!
