How do I access my download?
After purchase, your files will be available to download via your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. You’ll also receive an email with a link to your downloads.
Can I edit the files?
Most of our tools are non-editable PDFs designed for easy printing. If a product is editable (e.g., a Google Sheet), it will be clearly stated in the listing.
Can I print these more than once?
Yes! Once purchased, your files are yours to use forever. You can print them as many times as you like for your personal use.
What size are the printables?
We currently offer most products in A4 and A5 sizes, suitable for UK and international printing. Please check individual listings for size details.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t accept returns or refunds. However, if you have any issues with your files or accessories, just message us — we’re happy to help.
Do you make custom planners?
Not at this time — but we’re always open to suggestions! If there’s a tracker or tool you’d love to see in the shop, send us a message.
Are these tools only for eBay sellers?
While many of our planners are eBay-focused, most are useful for any reseller using Vinted, Depop, Poshmark or similar platforms. We’re also working on more platform-specific products.
Can I resell or share these files?
No. All ASDB Store products are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or reproduce these designs in any format.
