My item is damaged...
We take great pride in our packaging - and take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including layers of air cushioning or tissue paper, custom made protective cardboard and labelling up of “Fragile”.
However the fragile nature of some of our products mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that any damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - and photographs of the damaged item with the packaging would be appreciated. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Which process do you use after 3D printing?
After 3D printing, the object doesn't seem soft and if it doesn't be rubbed down, the surface couldn't be covered with painting smoothly and it will be an awful-looking object. For avoiding it, firstly, we rub down the objects, apply undercoat, paint by hand and lastly polish for making it permanent.
Are the materials that you use harmful to health?
Absolutely no, using bioplastic material for the base object, we also use nonchemical paint, undercoat etc. Besides, it doesn't have any odor.
Are the products on your shop representative?
No, after producing process, all products are photographed and listed. In a word, you buy what you see. Besides, if you change anything about size or color, before shipping, we also send you how it looks.
How durable are the products?
If you keep it away from direct sunlight, fire, wallop or chemicals, you can even leave it as a legacy.
