ASRUGSCO was born in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, known worldwide as the Carpet City of India. Rug making is not just our business — it is our family heritage.

My grandfather dedicated his life to the art of handmade carpets, passing his knowledge to my father, who continued the craft with the same passion, skill, and respect for tradition. Growing up surrounded by looms, wool, and artisans, I learned that every rug tells a story.

At just 19 years old, I started ASRUGSCO with a dream: to take the beauty of Bhadohi’s handmade rugs to the global stage. Through Etsy, I aim to connect our local artisans and age-old craftsmanship with customers around the world who value authenticity, quality, and handmade art.
