Custom and personalized orders
All sales are FINAL on Custom/Personalized Items. Sorry, but NO refunds, NO returns NOR exchanges.
However, in the event you receive an item that was made in OUR error, please send a photograph along with a description of the information that is incorrect along with the correction to be made. We will be happy to make the corrections on the item(s).

I truly LOVE getting orders and I am here to help! But PLEASE keep in mind this is a ONE man shop, processing orders and responding to messages. Therefore, messages regarding the order you placed and when it will ship, SLOWS DOWN orders getting done and shipped.
So PLEASE check your ETSY RECEIPT prior to contacting me should you want to know when items will ship.
CURRENT SHIPPING TIME IS NOTED AT CHECKOUT, to process orders. This DOES NOT include weekends or holidays, so please be sure to plan accordingly.
Also, I certainly try to get all orders out by the scheduled shipping date, unexpected spikes in sales can delay packages as well. Please be sure to order in enough time.
Are Items Returnable for a Refund?
Given the nature of the items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Delivery of Items
All Items will be shipped via USPS, you will receive a confirmation email along with USPS tracking once your item(s) have shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If package is delayed or gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. If package is delayed due to an incorrect address and/or does not make it in time for your event, no returns for a refund will be given. A Southern Charm Studio is NOT responsible for Delayed or Lost Package by USPS.
