Love of precious metals and gemstones turns into part time business
I started my jewelry business in 2002 when I moved back to NM from Denver, Co. I knew I needed to find a hobby to keep me occupied. My lifelong love for jewelry and accessories provided the perfect outlet. I also work full time outside my business in production control which pays the bills, but my heart, soul, and passion is this business I created.
I am a jewelry designer with a love for vintage components, sterling and gold. This shop features mainly semiprecious stones, sterling, gold, brass and copper. Some items have been made by me (you will find these under the "Artisan Jewelry" section) and others are vintage. I also offer some sterling silver finished chains for your pendants.
A word about sterling silver...not all items that are stamped "925" or "sterling" are actually that. On the other hand, many items not stamped are sterling. I have a lot of experience with this metal and can usually tell if something is authentic just by sight; however, I have been fooled a few times. I have a silver and gold testing kit, and I use it on items I am unsure of. I am also a buyer and don't want to buy something that is listed as sterling only to find out it is merely plated. I do my best to give accurate descriptions and photos.
It is my hope that my customers will add my shop to their favorites and visit often as I list new items frequently.
I operate 2 other shops on Etsy. I offer unique supplies for crafting and sewing on
acreativelink.etsy.com, and my other shop features great vintage items and my handmade items that are not sterling. It can be found at treasuredtrinkets4u.etsy.com.
