Frequently asked questions

What material are these made from?

We used to make these cases from ABS and later added PLA. Now we are using a hybrid blend of PLA and PHA plastic. We are constantly testing new materials and reserve the right to change at any time.

Custom and personalized orders

We have tried to do several custom orders in the past. It always results in a lot of design time and usually the customer ended up choosing a product we already have here. Therefor, we no longer offer custom orders beyond what we have listed here. We still welcome new ideas. If you have an idea on how we can improve, we would love to hear it.

Do you have any other colors than what is shown here?

Maybe. These are the colors I have calibrated and ready to go. I have others I'm testing and even more coming. If you don't see something let me know. I might already have it or maybe I can get it.

Can I place a bulk order at a reduced price?

Yes! I made cases for everyone at Sun 'n Fun in 2016. It was my first time there, hopefully the first of many. I made everyone cases so I have an idea of what my costs are. If you are going to work a special event and you want me to do a special run on cases for everyone, contact me. As long as they are all the same color I can provide a discount.

I am a returning customer who has a case without colored letters. Can I buy just the letters or do I need to place a new order?

Thank you for coming back. I can make the letters to fit your case exactly. They can be tricky to install. If you want to try installing them then you can order just the letters. I will send them to you with an alcohol pad to ensure the surface you will mount them to is clean and oil free. These stickers, when applied correctly last a long time and look great too.
