Can I change the color/font/wording?
ABSOLUTELY! In fact, we encourage it! Want to check with us for an opinion on a color combo, or want to see our favorite font list? Send us a message!
How can I start my order?
Simple! Just locate the "Deposit" option in the listing of your choice and purchase one of the listing. Leave your email address and the name of the suite you love in the notes to seller section at checkout, or head over to our website to complete your questionnaire.
Can I purchase a sample?
Yes!! Simply purchase "1" of whichever listings you are interested in! If you would like to see color swatches, please request those at checkout.
Can I purchase a custom sample?
Unfortunately, our samples are pre-printed and assembled so they are not customizable. You can, however, request swatches of whatever colors you would like to see when you purchase your samples! Just leave a note at checkout.
Please keep in mind that after your deposit is placed and digital proofing is complete, you will be offered a free hard-copy final proof to see in person! Your colors and information will be included on that proof.
Can we speak on the phone?
We do not offer phone consultations. Between running back and forth between loud printers, and having several dozen clients at a time, we're able to go back over all our messages and emails with you to verify information, stay on track with deadlines, etc. If you need to reach us quickly, please feel free to chat with us on our website!
We are happy to answer any question you may have via Etsy message or email.
Do you offer price discounts for not using inserts/other pieces?
We do not offer a lower price for not using all the pieces that are included in a suite. However, please keep in mind that you can use inserts for any purpose you wish!
We have had brides use them for menus, thank you's, directions, accommodations, "How We Met" Stories, sponsor cards, "Places to visit" and other options!
