Seller is very responsive and helpful! My order got lost in the mail and they sent me a new shipment of air plants! I would recommend buying while it's warmer out though, a couple of the air plants seemed to not like the winter weather.

Order arrived two weeks after the "scheduled pickup" via USPS. Crystals were broken, plants were dead. Poor customer service. Don't waste your time.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase from AURAMORE. I ordered the 4 piece air plants with urchin shells for my niece on the 14th of December totaling with tax $31.25. I was hopeful the purchase would be delivered by Christmas which it was not. The package finally arrived on the 27th of December but 3 out of the 4 plants were dead upon arrival. I contacted the owner Elizabeth and she initially said she would replace them. However within a few days she messaged me stating she refunded me $8.62 for the plants. According to my math that means minus the $2.25 I paid in tax I paid $20.38 for 1 plant and 4 urchin shells. This was not what I ordered so this shop owner DID NOT fulfill her end of the transaction. I would not recommend buying from a shop that doesn’t stand behind fulfilling their obligations. Purchasers beware.

Not worth your time. The plants came to me dead and then customer service was terrible. No responsive after messaging several times. Isn’t worth the money. Quality wasn’t bad.

Unfortunately, my pendulum did not have the variation of color as the one pictured. That is really not the main issue for me as much as the fact that the pin which attaches the chain to the pendulum is not centered. So the pendulum does not hang straight. I purchased this for dowsing purposes and I am disappointed that I can not use it for that. I did reach out to shop owner but never got a response.

Made a great surprise gift!

I ordered a set of 3 air plants with geodes Dec 13th. On the 20th I messaged the seller about tracking info indicating the label was created on the 14th. Seller said item was mailed on 20th. A further message on the 22nd where tracking said pkg was still in UT was not responded to. The pkg did not arrive until after Xmas and all plants appeared to be dead and remained so after I soaked them overnight per instructions. I tried to reach out to seller again but her shop was "on vacation." Was able to get a full refund from Etsy. Seller's reviews seem to suggest that non-holidaytime orders are not a problem, but that seller does not handle holiday demand well at all. Proceed with caution.
