STORAGE OF PRODUCTS
- Due to the nature of ingredients that we use for our products, you may notice discolorations (yellowing) over time. It's a natural chemical reaction and will not affect the scent or the performance of products.
- We try to keep our products as natural as possible, so we don't use a chemical stabilizer in them.
- Please note that products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
CANDLE WARNING
- For a cleaner burn, trim wick before each use.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.
- Burn Candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
- Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please be aware that returns based on personal scent preferences are not eligible.
WOODEN WICK CANDLE
Due to the nature of the wooden wick, the flame size may vary. A smaller flame is normal and does not indicate a defect as long as the candle remains lit. If the flame appears too large, trim the wick to adjust the flame size.
