Frequently asked questions
If I don't receive my item due to an incomplete address, will I still receive a refund?
You will, but since complete address wasn't given, only partial refund will be given once items have been returned by USPS.
Can I return an item?
Custom/handmade items may not be returned unless a mistake was made with an item. Other items, unless wrong item sent, return shipping will be paid by customer. Item price minus 20% restock fee will be refunded once item is received.
Can I get my item faster?
Yes, there is a bump to front of the line fee per item you want bumped. This will not speed up your shipment type unless chosen at checkout.
When will I get my order?
You will receive notification once your order ships. Until we get settled in our new location (early fall), there will be delays.
How do you use?
At this time, we do not offer tutorials or classes. There are many resources available if you google it.
