1 out of 5 starsSeller refuses to come to agreement for her negligence on shipping my item late therefore rendering the product useless. Waste of my money and time. She communicates on her own terms and is rude. Horrible customer service. Uses personal affairs as excuses to effect her business.

Buyer doesn't seem to understand that I am not a big business, but instead that I am a real person doing this all by myself. I don't have helpers so when something major happens in my personal life, then that does affect my business. In this case, it was my grandmother whom I was raised by nearly dying in a horrendous car accident. Also, I can't answer immediately because I do have 3 children that need my attention. I was NOT rude. The buyer was threatening me from the very first email of a bad review. The buyer never offered to return the shirt so in other words, she had planned to keep the shirt for free. She also opened a case against me that was closed immediately by Etsy. As any of my other customers know, I am not rude nor do I have "horrible" customer service.
