CAN A STAMP BE PERSONALISED?
All my items are made with love and can be personalised so please get in touch and tell us your story!
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY STAMP?
Processing times are 1-3 business days after receiving confirmation of your proof
(if proof was requested).
Shipping times UK: 2-3 working days*
Shipping times US: 4-9 working days*
Shipping times internationally: 3-7 working days*
Etsy gives you an estimated time of arrival when you make the order based on your area.
Please let me know if you have any problems with the shipment or the item.

CAN I INCLUDE MY OWN DESIGN OR LOGO AND WILL MY IMAGEWORK FOR A STAMP?
Yes, I can include your artwork or logo.* Any fonts, calligraphy, handwriting, signatures, etc can be uploaded and a stamp will be made precisely from the uploaded image. The ideal format for creating a stamp is:
- at least 300dpi
- .jpg, .gif or .png file
- black & white image
*Additional text or logo adjustments can be made if required. There is a small Custom design charge fee. More info on this you can find in the “custom design charge” listing.

You can send your logo via Etsy Messenger or via email: devostiene@hotmail.com
Please include your order number or Etsy name.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?
+ 3 orders: 10% discount
+ 5 orders: 15% discount
+ 10 orders: 20% discount
Please get in touch via Etsy Messenger if you have any special requests.
WHAT IS A GOOD STAMP SIZE?
It depends on the item you are stamping on and is different for everyone.
A couple of notes:
1. 1,5cm only work for Monograms. If you want to stamp a logo or anything with text,choose a minimum stamp size of 3cm.
2. Measure how big you want your stamp to be on the item you will be stamping on andselect the closest size up.
If you like a specific size, just leave me a message in the notes to seller box during checkout.
3. If you like to make sure the stamp is exactly the size you want, request a DIGITAL PROOFin the personalisation box. I will send you a proof of your stamp. This proof is true to scalewhen printed at 100%.
4. The standard size for return address stamps is 5cm.
ARE INK PADS INCLUDED?
Ink pads are not included. You can find available ink pads underneath the “ink pad”section in the homepage of my shop.
