WHOA.... a 3D printer.... in my home??? Really I can do that????
As an avid Star Trek enthusiast, I've eagerly watched the advancement of 3D printing. Having the ability to replicate things at home is a dream come true!!
My first 3D printer was an Ender. It was a fun machine to setup but I could tell right away that it wasn't going to be fun to tinker with. But it worked.... Then Covid hit us hard and I volunteered with a local group and we made face shield holders by the thousands and shipped them all over the USA. When Covid was simmering I had a lot of freetime....
So, I bought a serious machine and got a Prusa MK3 kit. It took me a whole week to put it together but it worked like a charm from the first day. And that's where my real 3D printing journey began. Now I'm making all sorts of things with my 3D printer. Every print that I sell is directly printed by me, from a 3D model that I created. No I do not sell any .stl's of my work but thanks for asking.
Recently Ive added some of my watercolor artwork to my site. I've been really nervous about this but... so far so good. No major catastrophes.
I'm so thankful to the people who buy stuff from my site. It keeps the dream alive and makes my hobby so much more enjoyable. so THANK YOU
