All orders are shipped via UPS express service
- Within the European Union the delivery time is 4-8 days.
- Canada and USA 3-5 days
- For the rest of the countries outside of the European Union, the shipping time is about 4-7 days.

◀ EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.
We DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS: Because this store works to order and is a custom store, we do not issue refunds. But of course, we are not perfect! You can change your garment for another size that fits you better, or change it for another garment if you do not like the one you ordered.
We are truly sorry that we cannot make refunds. Another reason is to avoid the use of garments and that they are unchanged, thus for hygiene reasons. Your garment will never have been put on, and it has just come out of the workshop.
We only make refunds if the clothes are damaged.
The 95% of our customer are happy with their clothes.
Exchanges:
Yes!! We understand that your garment can be big or small, and more considering that it is an online store and that we are not perfect.
You can exchange your garment for another size, and if you do not like the garment you can choose another for a similar price.

My dream sewing journey started on 2012 during my stay in Ireland, where I found time and a great inspiration to start creating.
As Hooper and circus artist I started to sew just clothing for myself; the kind of clothing I always wanted to wear. :). Easy and comfy to wear.
Then, thanks to different lovely people I met and amazing situations that happened in my life, I started to share and move what I was creating.
Most outfits are made out of Cotton and viscose Jersey fabric.
Everything in my shop is cut and sewn by me in my home.
With buying these clothes you support the sustainability ethic as well as an independent designer. Most (though not all) materials used are either recycled or sustainable fibers. Each fabric is selected through various methods and personally picked to ensure quality.
I am grateful to be so well received on etsy and can't express enough my gratitude to you all for checking out my site and supporting me :)

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your address in PayPal is correct. we will only follow your address listed in the PayPal payment for the shipment. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Normally the reserves would have a small increase of 2 Pounds. An agreement could always be reached.
Shipping
All shipments are made through Correos España, and are sent by registered mail with tracking number, so you can follow your shipment from the page: www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/pagina-inicio/info
Orders within Spain usually take a week to arrive from the time the shipping notification is received. Sometimes it usually takes less, other times longer.
Orders within the European Union usually take 2 weeks, but I do not know exactly the estimated time.
Orders outside the European Union usually take between 2 - 3 weeks. Sometimes there are withholdings at customs or due to traffic they usually take longer.
Please be patient when receiving your order, if it takes more than a month and a half contact me as soon as possible to know the status of the order.
There have never been any losses, and if there are problems the package would return to the hands of the seller.
When sending by registered mail mail you have the obligation to cover the expenses of the loss, so the money would be returned to the buyer without problem

Lost: all packages are sent by first class and with follow-up number. We are not responsible for possible losses.
There are usually no losses of any kind, the order can be tracked and see its status.
