If the return is due to anything other than an Absurd Design error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for lost items; a ‘signed for’ delivery method and proof of postage is recommended.
Products sent back for return that appear worn or soiled will not be refunded or returned. They will be donated to a local dog rescue charity.
