Word templates are single-column with no text boxes or tables used for layout, so screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver read content in the correct order. All Word templates use proper semantic heading structure so screen reader users can navigate by heading level. Excel templates use Format as Table structure with descriptive column headers and no merged cells. PowerPoint templates use proper slide masters with designated title placeholders and correct reading order so every slide is navigable by title.

Yes. Word and PowerPoint templates preserve accessibility when exported to PDF using File > Export with Document structure tags enabled. Excel PDF export has some limitations, which are explained in the PDF accessibility guides available in the shop. Each template purchase includes a guide with step-by-step PDF export instructions.

Yes. Each purchase includes a guide on how to use AI tools responsibly to help fill in and customize your templates while keeping your documents accessible. The key rule is to use AI to write your content, then paste it as plain text into the template. Never ask AI to reformat or redesign the document itself, as this can break the accessibility structure.
