Did not receive the stickers the first time so I had to re-order them and didn’t get refunded my money

This customer gave an incorrect address on the first order and told me they did not receive their order. When they ordered the second time, changed their address and they did receive the second order. Shortly after that, I got the first order returned with a return to sender because of the incorrect address. I messaged them and asked what they would like me to do and they wanted me to resend them to their second address. Not sure what else I could have done better.
