Shipping Discount
We offer combined shipping discounts for orders with multiple items.
Items will be shipped out within 1-2 days except weekends & holidays. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific time.
We ship all the domestic orders via United States Post Office (USPS) parcel with tracking number. For US location, for most of the items (except large and super heavy products), the shipping and handling charge for the first item is $6.69, and $0.2 to $0.5 for an additional item. The shipping and handling of larger and heavy items may be slightly higher. For international orders, we will use DHL or USPS first class parcel, the delivery time frame varies from 7 business days (DHL) to 21 business days (USPS).
Return and Exchange
We, Adabele, offer 15 to 60 days return or exchange policy for most of our products. The returned item should be intact, not be damaged or defective. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to cover the handling and repacking and labor involved in the order. We will refund the rest of the funds to you once the returned item is received and the item is in its new and original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping charge for a return and exchange. We only pays for the shipping of a return if the return is caused by our mistake.
