Payment

We currently accept PayPal payments and direct payments through credit or debit cards.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

PayPal is a secure online payment system which is very easy to use.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout, after you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment is required before we make your order. Payment is required at time of checkout.

NOTE: We will automatically ship to your Etsy address.

Shipping

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Please, note that all items are made to order after cleared payment and provided sizing information where necessary. Custom orders may take up to 5 business days.

United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

* Purchases will be shipped via priority registered mail and we will provide you with a tracking number.

We might need to contact you prior to shipment - so please, check your messages on a regular basis.

Some international / non- European/ orders may be subject to customs taxes. Please contact your local mail service for your country's rate.

AGAPYA is based in Bulgaria and has been selling handmade bags and accessories on Etsy since 2012. We sell and ship world-wide.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (telephone number for example), if you contact me directly.

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
