5 out of 5 starsMy splendid purchases arrived in perfect conditions. I highly recommend ClyoDesign's creations. Quick delivery, effective and nice packaging (wait until you see how pretty your name will look in her handwriting!) and absolutely adorable mugs. I love them, they feel solid in your hands and have that rustic and quirky look that only lovingly handmade items have. Will surely buy from this shop again!

Welcome to my shop!
This shop is originated from my desire to bring the feelings I express in my drawings out in a tangible form. I love handmade crafts using paper and other media, restoring old items, and surrounding myself with emotions packed colorful things so I often translate my drawings and the creativity that spurred them into the objects I work on to make them really unique.
Every item has been painted by hand, so minor variations amongst replicas of the same base model are to be expected.

I accept PayPal as payment method. Please remember that all major credit cards are accepted by PayPal including most pre-paid solutions, so a PayPal account is not usually necessary to purchase items.
The items will be shipped after the transaction has been processed successfully. If any problem should arise, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible and I will try to solve the problem at hand to the best of my abilities.

Shipping
All orders of over 100€ or that are One of a Kind will automatically be shipped via registered mail. All other packages via priority mail. If you need faster shipping methods, please contact me and we can explore other faster shipping solutions, which do come at a premium though.
Shipping takes from 10 to 20 days to get to most parts of the world, if you need something with a great deal of urgency, let me know BEFORE hand and I'll see what I can do. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or simple shipping mishaps, and packages have taken even over a month to be delivered, so to be safe, please calculate about 5 weeks from order date to delivery date although orders arrive generally much sooner than that.
We rely on the safest shipping options available, but we would like to remind you that we are not to be considered responsible for the status and condition of the package once it is in the carrier's hands. However packages that are lost in the mail will be substituted, or refunded in the case of one of a kind items.
