Custom and personalized orders
Personalization Policy:
All engraved items are made exactly as entered by the customer (except dates which are engraved in mm.dd.yy format as specified by the listing—other date formats will be converted). We do not spell‑check or correct text. Please review spelling, wording, and details carefully before submitting.
Mistakes caused by customer‑provided information require a paid replacement. Errors made by Memorable Moments Jewelry will be replaced free of charge. In the case of missing personalization that was paid for (but not entered at time of order), the customer may ship the item back to us for the engraving and will pay the return shipping fee only.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items are gift wrapped by default at no additional charge, making them ready for gifting as soon as they arrive.
Packaging is selected based on the item type and includes one of the following:
Beautiful rigid gift box for most jewelry and keepsake items
Velvet gift bag for bookmarks
Organza bag for Bibles and books
Or other packaging as shown in the listing photos, when specified

Leather bracelets should be kept dry; avoid water, moisture, and chemicals, wipe gently with a dry cloth, and store away from direct sunlight. Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of all items.
