Can I cancel an order for a personalized item?
As long as I haven't started on your order, yes. If your order has been started I can prorate a refund for any materials that have yet to be used for your order.
Care instructions
All shirts and bodysuits are washer and dryer safe. I do however recommend washing with cold water, DO NOT use fabric softener, and hang dry for longevity. Do not iron over graphics. Warm iron inside out IF necessary.
Do the shirts run true to size?
-Boys shirts are true to size.
-Big girls shirts run a little smaller in the sides. They are slim cut which takes away about an inch in the sides. See sizing chart in listing.
-Puffy sleeve little girls shirts: See sizing chart in listing. I recommend ordering the size they normally wear.
Processing time and rush order
Please be sure that the processing time meets your needs. Because I can't deliver your order myself, I can not guarantee the number of days it takes for an item to arrive in the mail with standard shipping. If you need your order by a certain date you may purchase the rush order listing along with any listing to make sure your order will arrive in time. Priority shipping is also available to ensure a speedy delivery. Please DO NOT request "receive by" dates if you don't purchase the rush order. I can NOT bump your order to the front otherwise.
Why is there only a quantity of 1 available , or why can I only add 1 item to my cart?
Because some items are used for multiple listings, this is done to avoid overselling an item that would not be available. Contact me if you need multiple items from one listing to see what's available.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are made to order I do not accept exchanges. All Sales are final. Addison and Ivy is not responsible for loss or damages made by USPS or other shipping services. The buyer is responsible for paying for any additional shipping charges unless the item is defective and you have contacted me. Shipping charges are not refunded for any returns. The Buyer has the option to buy priority shipping with any order which includes insurance with USPS. All claims are made through USPS.
