Item arrived and I was impressed with the 3D print quality and fitment in our Model Y. Turns out I made a blunder and ordered the wrong holder, misunderstanding the size descriptions and my intended mug didn’t fit as I wanted. Seller responded quickly to numerous comms and offered a favorable solution which I felt was in the category of “way above and beyond”. I sent pics to a 3D printer friend of mine and they were impressed with the quality of the print and the structural honeycomb features. Felt pads are a nice touch. Thank you seller!!
