How do I place an order with personalization instructions?
In order to make a purchase, simply add to the item to your cart and then proceed to checkout. Once you are in the checkout area, there is a box with "notes to seller." You can type in all your personalization and custom requests right in there. Please contact me if you run into any issues.
Can I change the color, theme, or party package pieces?
Yes. All party package pieces can be completed with your choice of theme, colors, and pieces. However, I strongly recommend to start the process sooner rather than later in order to ensure there is enough time to compete all the details, as consultations may take a few days.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please note we are located in Pennsylvania, USA, and so our business hours are Eastern Standard Time (EST). We observe all national American holidays, and as such will not produce product or conduct any business during those times, as I reserve the right to spend this time with my family. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of holiday observances as they may impact production and shipping times.
My address on the order is incorrect, how do I change it?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct shipping address at the time of order placement, and Adeline Rose Boutique is released from any liability should the customer order with an incorrect address. Due to the system limitation, private messages of address changes are not guaranteed, I strongly suggest cancelling an order and placing a new one with the correct shipping.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
Adeline Rose Boutique is unable to control shipping factors such as weather, staffing errors, or delays and by purchasing a product from Adeline Rose Boutique, the customer recognizes that all shipping profiles are estimates and not guarantees of time.
Should an error occur in shipping; it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local USPS and file a formal complaint and case. I am always available for questions and assistance should this unlikely event occur.

Care instructions
Shirts/bodysuits/clothing items: • Turn Inside • Machine wash WARM / mild detergent • Hang to dry or machine on low heat • No chlorine bleach • Iron reverse side only, do not iron the design directly
Tutus: Tulle is spot clean only. If the tutu becomes crinkled, either use a steamer to release wrinkle or hang in the bathroom with hot water running for a few minutes. Satin bows are removable and hand washable. Machine dry, low heat, no more than 5-10 minutes.
Cake Toppers/Banners: Spot clean and hang to dry. **Crowns: Spot clean and hang to dry. Should the crown become misshapen, simply use hairspray on the inside of felt. Let dry.
Hangers: Wipe clean with soft cloth, do not use abrasive material on the glitter.
