4 out of 5 starsThe shoes are great looking. My only complaint is that the steel shoe box is too narrow and I think that my toes are average in their width. The low mark for customer service is because my item was not shipped until after it's expected arrival date. I e-mailed them a few days before it's latest arrival date because the tracking said that they had not shipped. They shipped a few days later
