Gift wrapping and packaging
How we prepare our items for shipping.
If the item requires gift wrapping:
If the metal art is being gift wrapped, it's wrapped in several layers of white tissue paper, one layer of Kraft paper, wrapped in a silky red ribbon, and a gift tag is attached to package. It's placed in between two sheets of cardboard and wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap.
If the item doesn't require gift wrapping:
The item is placed between two cardboard sheets, wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap before it is boxed up.
Custom and personalized orders
Most of our products can be personalized. So, if you're looking for something special for yourself or for a gift, we'd be happy to work with you on whatever you need. If adding a name or changing the size of a product will increase the price of the item a bit. Contact us prior to ordering.
All International Orders
We don't ship anything International at this time.
Processing & Shipping Time
PROCESSING TIMES HAVE CHANGED!
WE ARE AT A SHOW IN SAINT MARIES, IDAHO FROM AUGUST 30-SEPTEMBER 5TH. ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE 6TH & 7TH OF SEPTEMBER.
We process all orders in the order they were received. Processing times are 3-5 days. That means your order is cut, painted and is sitting aside drying so that it can be shipped. It takes two days to dry each item. The following day we pack up your order and it is shipped the next day.
Shipping Time:
Since we ship most items Priority Mail once your package has been shipped using this carrier, you should receive your order in 2-5 days.
FedEx takes about a week.
Express Shipping:
If you need your item shipped Express, let us know before ordering so we can get you a quote.
Returns
Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged.
Please send us photos of the damaged product.
Please wrap up the item in its original packaging. Attach the return postage label that we will send you.
Once we have your return we will ship you a replacement.
Personalized items can't be returned unless it is damaged.
