We are very pleased with the support and the final product we received from Tony. He walked us through the process, asked a few questions to understand the usage of the piece and created it using material that would withstand the weather and elements. The piece worked perfectly first try. His fee was reasonable and we were able to save our outdoor patio table at a fraction of the cost to replace it. We will definitely keep Tony in mind if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation.

I needed parts for a window shade bracket that was discontinued, and they were able to replicate them exactly at a very fair price and turned around in less than a week from when I sent them the example to scan. Highly recommend working with them vs. some of the others I inquired with who sent me canned/form messages back - they clearly were personally involved and invested in creating an item that met my needs!
