I ship orders within 1-2 business days of your processed payment. Once in transit, typical USPS delivery time for US addresses averages 4-6 business days. I offer a Priority Mail upgrade (during checkout/cart) for average 2-4 day delivery time. You will receive tracking info when I ship.

Absolutely. I source only high quality natural gems from established suppliers. I do not use man-made crystal or lab-created gems. Certain stones, such as Blue Topaz, are almost always heat-treated as an industry standard, to achieve their lovely colors.

I note the actual length of all items in the description. Please also see each of the 4-5 photos with every listing. I try to take at least one picture in my hands, to show scale, and necklaces may also be draped on a bust form for some idea. Of course, everyone is different sizes and heights, so if you're unsure, I recommend you compare the measurements to your favorite jewelry at home. (Gentlemen, if buying a gift, the "basic" necklace length is 18").

Sterling Silver benefits from occasional polishing with a soft cloth, and from storage out of light and away from damp. Please don't use those "dunk and dip" solutions, they can harm metals and stones. I have ruined too many things in my life sticking them in those pots and forgetting...
