How are your products packaged?
Charms and keychains are carefully placed in a small box or bag and shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery. All orders are packaged with care!
What are the sizing details?
Each product listing includes specific sizing information, but most charms and figures are around .5–2 inches in size. If you’d like more precise dimensions, feel free to send me a message.
How do I care for my polymer clay items?
Although polymer clay items are coated in a durable UV clear gel, they should still be handled with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, heat, or heavy pressure to prevent damage. If cleaning is needed, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use alcohol wipes or acetone!
