5 out of 5 starsI ordered a set of little bowls, however one came broken (no fault to the seller). The package was ruined and got soaked during shipping, which took the integrity away from the packaging. The seller was super helpful and sent me a new set. they are beautiful and great quality.

Via QR Code – Every wholesale-eligible order includes a printed insert with a QR code. Simply scan it from any of your previous shipments to go straight to our wholesale catalog.
Both options take you directly to our Faire storefront, where you can shop wholesale with structured bulk pricing.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes — we offer bundle pricing for some products. These discounts are based on our retail prices when purchased in sets or multiples, not on weight or dimensions.
Returns and Exchanges
If a listing does not state that returns are accepted, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, discounts, or partial refunds for any reason.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist in line with Etsy policy.
Custom and personalized orders
Damage claims must be submitted through Etsy only. Clear photos of the item and original packaging are required, as documentation is essential for any refund review. Steps may include, but are not limited to, additional verification, carrier review, or insurance requirements.
For higher-value orders exceeding Etsy’s coverage threshold, third-party insurance may apply and may require return, inspection, or forfeiture of the item. We do not price items by weight or size alone. Pricing is based on overall beauty, rarity, quality, craftsmanship, and our expertise. A smaller piece may be priced higher than a larger one, and vice versa. Market availability, supply conditions, and visual quality are all taken into consideration. We do not offer discounts or price adjustments based on size or weight comparisons between pieces.
