PLEASE ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.

For bespoke tailoring,kindly give us YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS so we could provide you with a customized fit just for you.

We do not know our customers personally and so we sew our clothes based on the measurements or sizes our customers provide to us. Please do well to provide us with the correct measurement for bespoke tailoring. Kindly add an image of yourself so that we double-check with your measurement if you are not very sure about your measurement.

Item(s) may be returned when the item is not as described, was defective, damage upon arrival or when customer received the wrong size of a costume instead of the size ordered. In the case of an attire, we give you the opportunity to exchange your costume for either a smaller or larger size within 14 days of receipt of the item in the same condition you received it. There will be a 15 % restocking fee for all returned items.

Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item for a return request. Item should be returned to us WITHIN 14 days of receipt of the item. Returned item(s) should be in its ORIGINAL FORM (not washed, worn, damaged by buyer, dirty, rented out or altered) to be eligible

for an exchange. Once the item is received, inspected and determined to qualify for exchange, an invoice will be sent to customer to pay for the return shipping.

Customers should take note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders INCLUDES giving us specific measurements to sew with or requesting that a specific design, fabric, or color of fabric be used in making your order.

***I DO NOT accept CANCELLATIONS neither do I issue out REFUNDS: I only allow Exchanges. Customers can exchange with the same item type and the price of both items must be the same.

ALL Clearance and Custom-ordered items are NON-REFUNDABLE and are all FINAL sales***

**We accept wholesale orders from Boutique or Gift shop owners or customers who want to buy and resell our products. Kindly leave us a message and we will fulfill your request
