Custom Orders: Please message us prior to ordering a 'CUSTOM' design, so we can discuss what is included in the pricing for 'CUSTOM' for each individual item. Each custom design option is priced based on the approximate time necessary to hand embroider a given design, so some concepts may require an additional add-on purchase.

Please note that for some shoe sizes larger than a women's US 11, there will be a possible additional fee for the additional embroidery.

We cannot guarantee any order's arrival date once shipped, due to shipping carrier delays beyond our control. If you are under time constraints, please upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail Express. The Free Shipping option is done with UPS postal pick ups, due to how this process takes place with a third party it is NOT unusual for tracking to not update for 48-72 hours. Please allow at least a 7-10 days for UPS ground to arrive before reaching out

Due to the nature of how we individually order products for each embroidery order, any request for cancellation will be subject to a restocking fee.

Customs fees are very normal, every country has them when you buy from another country. It is each government's form of tax. Typically when a purchase is made on Etsy there is tax to pay. with international purchases there is no tax to pay at the time of purchase due to the fact that the country where the purchase is made will be the one collecting the tax, in the form of customs. Customs charges have nothing to do with our shop, so please research your locality's customs fees prior to ordering from another country. It is something that Etsy includes in every shop automatically in shop descriptions and at the bottom of the receipt when purchasing, due to the fact that it is even out of their control. It entirely depends on your country and there laws. Any type of purchase you make will have a customs charge based off of the amount you spent and your country’s laws. Thank you!

For International customers: It is strongly advised that you choose priority international shipping if you would like the package before the holidays, as Global Postal, although reliable, does indeed take weeks longer and we cannot guarantee its arrival date. (we do not ever make any money off of international shipping - Global Postal or Priority, the label you pay for is the one used!)

Please note that once we custom embroider a backpack or shoes for you we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ask any and all questions you feel necessary prior to your purchase through messages so that we can create something together you know you will love!
