AgnesSewingSupplies is based in Spain, EU. The data, such as address, you provide will be used for order fulfillment only. I do have to share it with correos.es to be able to ship them. I sometimes, but only on your special request use a different company, such as DHL or UPS, in which case I may ask you to provide additional data, such as phone number and email address.

The data is stored on etsy website indefinitely, but if you wish so, I can request a detetion.

For tax reasons, I need to keep your name and surname along with your order value on my hard drive. I never use it for any other reason nor give it away to a third party.

For statistics (via Etsy Stats and Google Analytics), but both only point to the country the visit / purchase came from, not linking them directly to a specific name. The data is stored for 26 months and then deleted automatically. I need this information to be able to improve my shop and provide a better service.

I do not send any promotional newsletters, though I may contact you if there is a problem with the delivery, for example, your order has been returned or should the post office contact me about a damaged or lost item.
