In the rare case that you receive your order and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 1 day (24 hours) of order delivery so that I can promptly correct the situation.
Exchanges or refunds are only available if I made a mistake and personalized the wrong name, sent to the wrong address etc...
Shipping fees are non-refundable!!

All items are shipped via USPS 1st Class Package, Priority Mail or Express Mail.
I cannot be held responsible for your package after it has been scanned "Accepted" by the Post Office. If there are any issues after this point, you will need to contact the Post Office. I am not responsible for post office delays. I agree to ship your item within 1 - 3 business days.
If an item is returned, I will re-send the package at the buyers' expense, AFTER payment is received for the new shipping label. I will NOT refund your money, for any reason! These are personalized orders, specially made for your little ones, which prevents me from being able to re-sell your orders.
