We accept custom orders. To request a custom order please drop us a line and we'll get back to you to discuss the details.
All regular sizing parameters are detailed in the description field on each item.
Note that we don't accept returns or exchanges of custom and personalized orders with an exception of damaged/broken items.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the order (you have 3 days to make a decision). Send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.
The customer covers the cost of the return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns are processed once we receive the item back.

But we do not make refunds in case the customer left a bad review prior to contacting us or tries to blackmail us with bad and not fair reviews. We're always open to help to the best of our ability. So in case, something's wrong with your order please give us a chance to solve this.

We ship via Royal Mail and UPS/FedEx where applicable depending on the best price and timing.

Approximate delivery timings:
- United States - 10-14 working days
- United Kingdom - up to 15 days
- Canada - 15-20 days
- EU - 7-10 days
- Other countries - up to 25 days

We do our best to excite you with how the order is packed. We love and follow the idea of minimizing the wrappings and avoiding plastics as much as it's possible.

If the package is supposed to be a gift of yours we'll add a special card into it, which can be signed by you or us (if requested).

Each parcel has an international tracking number. If your parcel can't be tracked for some reason please contact us and we will help to the best of our ability.

Linen is very durable and gorgeous in its simplicity.

With that said, there are tips and tricks for taking care of linen fiber and making it last longer:
- wash it in cold water (for best results), do not exceed 40°С / 104°F;
- always use a gentle cycle;
- tumble dry on low heat;
- do not use bleach (with an exception of non-chlorine bleach for white-colored fabric);
- steam ironing is preferred, but linen can stand the high temperature too (we don't iron our garments usually to save the natural wrinkly texture of linen);
- use detergents instead of washing powder (to protect the fiber from physical damage).

Please remember that colored linen may fade gradually with time. Noble aging is an unavoidable and natural property of linen

But if it happens that you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry, you may pay as a Guest User.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

We also do not refund the orders which weren't picked up within 30 days after arrival to customer post-unit and were sent back to us by mail-provider. We can re-send this order back to the customer again when we receive it, but shipping costs are covered by the client.

In festive season (Christmas, New Year, etc.) delivery can take much longer compared to other time of the year. So if your order is meant to be a gift and should be delivered to some particular date it's important to contact us before making a purchase. Or just reserve about 1.5 months for this order to be shipped.

Customs limits vary from country to country. So we decided to make a list of our most popular destinations to inform our customers about the limits their countries have for duty-free import:
