I bought this journal for my boyfriend to take with him on a nine-month work rotation overseas. I wanted him to have something to write in, but it also needed to be lightweight, durable, and ... well ... masculine. This is all of those things - he loves it. It's put together very well, the pages are unique, and the journal itself is lighter than my iPhone! (Yes. I weighed them!) I'm going to get a larger one for myself, since I won't be traveling. I also love the way the paper absorbs the ink, some of the pages are thicker than others, but it adds to the journal's character.

It's beautiful! And I'm so excited to give it as a gift.
