Greetings from Fairbanks, Alaska! Below are the categories of neck warmers I currently sell in my shop. All of them snap in the back and are custom sewn my me, Judy, when you order.

*Fleece Neck Warmers* 3 levels of warmth
1) Medium to Heavy Weight Fleece. This is the warmest fleece I sew with. 100% Cotton Made in the USA fabric. It reaches up over your mouth and nose but does not cinch up over your nose and stay up there comfortably like most of my other listings because it is not stretch fabric. 2a) Light to Medium Weight Fleece. These are made of a blend of non-stretchy cotton and bamboo, so they do not stay up over your nose and mouth. I use more fabric for this fleece snap gaiter (as I do with the heaviest weight fleece version) so there is more bulk to it. I suggest that if you don't plan to use the stay-up-over-your-face feature, choose either 1 or 2a. Both of them provide a very comfortable, relaxed fit.

*Cotton Jersey Snap Gaiters* 2 levels of warmth
1) There are numerous listings in this category (click on "cotton jersey" below on the left to see them all - FYI "jersey" refers to a type of breathable fabric that has a tight knit like a T-shirt). The fabrics in this category are medium weight, for cool weather, or for wind and sun coverage. They all stay up over the face as they're made of stretch fabric and are designed specifically for this purpose (although they look great down too). I use a version of this one for ATV riding or when the wind is going to be on my face for prolonged periods - it stays up over the face comfortably and reliably. *Bamboo Jersey Snap Gaiters*
This bamboo jersey fabric is made of a super soft and comfy blend of bamboo and cotton. It has more drape than cotton, but it will do most of what the cotton gaiters do. They are all stretchy, so will stay up over the face. Softer on the face and skin of the neck than cotton, but with less structure so they lay flatter than the cotton. For the two fleece gaiters that don't stay up over the face, sizing is XS/S/M/L. Sizing is more specific with the snap gaiters that stay up over the face, so it is based on weight. There's a chart attached to each listing for those, and I've had really good results with it. Most people can wear two sizes - the smaller will be tighter and the larger looser.

If you're trying to determine size, and you still aren't sure after looking at the weight chart, you can take what I call the neck-nose measurement and then compare it to the list below. To get this measurement, use a piece of string to measure from the bridge of your nose, around to the back of your neck under your hair, and then back to the bridge of your nose. Make sure you're looking straight ahead.
