If you would like to get something custom or personalized you must contact before hand so we can talk about that posibility, custom orders will be paid upfront and they can not be returned or exchange
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our packages are gift wrapped for free and you can add hand written notes to any order, just add a note in checkout!
Replacement on lost or damaged items
I will gladly replace any order that has been lost or damaged in shipping, but you will need to pay for shipping again.
For damaged items i will ask for photographic proof of the damage before i can respond, in case of lost items i will only replace those that were lost during transit, if attemps of delivery are made and failed, it becomes your responsability!
