My name is Alexandra, and I am the owner, designer, and maker behind AlexByAlexHome.
For nearly 55 years, textiles have been an important part of my life. Creating beautiful things by hand has always been my passion, and every new project still brings me the same excitement and inspiration.
Everything you see in my shop is designed and handmade by me in my studio in Odessa, Ukraine.
I create patchwork quilts for babies and adults, baby blankets, handwoven rugs, woven table runners, quilted home décor, and textile accessories. Every piece is carefully crafted from start to finish using quality materials, professional quilting techniques, and decades of experience.
Alongside quilting, weaving has become another passion of mine. I love transforming simple strips of fabric into beautiful woven textiles full of texture and character. My weaving and quilting inspire each other, allowing me to create truly unique handmade pieces.
I also provide professional longarm quilting services, helping other quilters finish their beautiful projects with custom quilting designs.
I believe handmade textiles bring warmth, comfort, and personality into every home. My goal is to create beautiful, durable pieces that will be enjoyed for many years and perhaps even become family treasures.
