When do you ship?
✨All embroidery is shipped in just 7 business days. Ready-To-Ship items ship next business day.

What shirts do you use?
✨We only use Comfort colors or Gilda/Jerzees or Comfort Colors sweatshirts. Each listing has a drop down menu of T-shirt, Sweatshirt, or Comfort Color Sweatshirt with a corresponding color chart.
Care Instructions
✨ Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
✨ No fabric softeners.
✨ Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
✨ Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Custom and personalized orders
✨ ALL SALES ARE FINAL as all of our products are made to order. We do not accept returns/ exchanges.
Sizing
✨ Our shirts are Unisex Sizing unless stated otherwise on the listing. Please refer to our Sizing Chart on the listing photos for size reference. We recommend measuring a shirt you love at home and comparing it to the size chart. Please don't hesitate to message with any questions.
✨ Since our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds/ exchanges due to sizing issues.
Message Response Time
✨ Please allow up to 24 hours for our shop to review and respond to messages sent Mon- Fri. Messages sent outside of business days/hours will be responded next business day.
Damage/Defects
All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping but we understand damages happen.
✨ Customers are responsible for inspecting all items and messaging us within 72 hours of receiving the order in the case of any damages/ defects.
✨ Replacements will not be issued after 72 hours as damages could have occurred outside of our care.
