Frequently asked questions
Processing / Shipping Time
Your order will be placed in the mail within 3-5 business days (business days do not include holidays or weekend days) but I always try to get them out even sooner than this! As soon as your order has been mailed, you will receive a message from me letting you know I have placed your order in the mail!
After putting your order in the mailbox, it should usually arrive within 5-7 business days (for domestic orders, international orders may take longer.) However, with the current issues of the USPS, some packages and letters are sometimes taking longer than normal to arrive.
If you do not receive your package within 14 business days after placing your order, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make it right!💜
Care instructions
Our stickers are vinyl waterproof stickers, so they are safe for washing! I recommend lukewarm water with gentle dish soap and to gently wash the outside or your waterbottle, just for some extra care!
I would not necessarily recommend a dishwasher, as I do not have one in my home so I was unable to test this. If using a dishwasher, I would recommend low settings!
Custom and personalized orders
We absolutely accept custom orders, just reach out if you have any inquiries! I can create a design for you and have them printed on stickers for parties, occasions, etc! I can also change up sizing of my current stickers to better suit your needs, as well! Prices will vary for custom orders!
Wholesale availability
If any of my works pique your interest and you would be looking to place a wholesale order, please let me know and contact me! I can absolutely offer a wholesale discount on my stickers, if you meet the minimum requirement quantity for my wholesale prices!
