Dear customers! Despite the war in Ukraine, I continue to work, take new orders, and send them to you💙💛 I use our warehouse partner in Miami to get the products quicker, comfort, and safety. I make items in Ukraine, but I ship them from Poland. All orders ship from Poland with UPS Express to Miami and then ship with USPS to buyers.
About me and my products:
- The product is made of air-dray ecological clay and treated with non-toxic paints and varnishes.
- The product is made ENTIRELY BY HAND in my workshop (from modeling to painting) and, accordingly, has an original and non-repeatable design.
- You can plant your plant in the product directly in the pot without using additional plastic pots. Thanks to the use of special paints and varnishes, my pots withstand moisture inside and direct watering, however, you should avoid watering drainage as prolonged direct contact with water may damage the product.
- You don't have to worry about the safety of delivery. I pack all my products as safely as possible so that they come to you safe and sound. However, if your order arrives damaged, you should write to me, and I'll do my best to solve this problem.
- I am always open to new ideas and not afraid of difficulties in manufacturing. Therefore, you can offer me all your crazy and unusual ideas, and I'll try to make your custom order!
- I provide good conditions and discounts for my wholesale buyers (just write me a message with the specified number of items you need, and I'll be able to offer you my options).

Sizing details
Dear customers! Please note that the size of the product may differ from the stated. This does not mean that you get 5 cm instead of 10 cm, but it is physically impossible to manually make a product that will follow the example of a millimeter or millimeter.
All products are made ONLY by hand.
If the millimeters or centimeters of the product you are ordering are extremely important to you, please write to me about it in your ORDER or tell me during personal correspondence with me.
Gift wrapping and packaging

DELIVERY TIME AND DELIVERY PROCESS INFORMATION
Delivery times for your order are shown on each listing at the time of purchase.
At this time, delivery from Ukraine takes place in several stages:
1) All your orders are shipped by truck to Poland.
2) After passing through Ukrainian-Polish customs, all parcels are loaded onto the UPS aircraft that flies to the USA.
3) All packages then arrive at my warehouse partner Western Bid's office in Miami.
4) On the same day or the next day, my partner sends all packages from his office to all my clients using USPS.

What to do if your order is lost, crashed, wrinkled, etc.?
If there is a problem with your order (the product crashed, got lost, or crumpled on the road) MANDATORY write to me! Describe your situation and I'll definitely help you!
