The shipping was amazingly fast — the shoes arrived almost immediately, which genuinely surprised me. The quality is beautiful, and they are clearly very well made. I am enormously grateful for such thoughtful customer service and will most certainly be buying from Ali again in the future. Highly recommended!

The shipping was a bit confusing because the tracking number they gave me didn't work. BUT the shop was in contact with almost daily giving me updates and letting me know where my order was until it arrived. Great customer service! Very happy with my purchase.
