To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact this shop directly.

*Additional Shop employees apart from the Align Therapy Shop owner such as a Customer Assistant or Accounting personnel.

*Reviews: Any reviews that you provide through Etsy will be publicly posted on my Etsy page. I may also use your reviews on my social media channel or website. Identifying information such as your name, address, or anything else related to your identity will be removed prior to reposting a review outside of the Etsy website in order to protect your privacy.

Align Therapy Shop retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and as described in this Privacy Policy.
