Payment will be made through PayPal.

Payment will be made in advance, unless we agree differently.

In the case of custom orders:
- If it's something I've never done before, you can pay after you see the final work.
- If the needed materials are expensive payment to cover the said materials will be made in advance.
- If I've made similar items in the past and I can give a price, then the item will be payed in advance (I'm only making this rule after making a bit too many stuff for people who "forgot" they ordered them. :) )

You can cancel an order anytime before I start working on it, and get your money back.

If you want something shipped urgently, please let me know and I'll do my best. ^^


Items that must be shipped in a box because of their volume (rings, big bracelets etc.) can only be shipped on Tuesdays or Wednesdays because they must be checked by a certain postal employee who only comes there in those days. There is nothing I can do to urgent these.

The price of the shipping will be fully supported by the buyer, unless we agree differently.

The packages will be shipped through the Romanian post office service. Depending on the country, it may take up to 14 business days (3 full weeks) for it to arrive.

The things you buy will be nicely and safely packed.

A tracking code will be provided for all packages, free of charge. BUT USPS does not track packages anymore. The package is tracked only while it's in Romania. Haven't had issues with lost packages since I opened this store though. :)

Please don't blame me if the postal service is slow. This doesn't depend on me. When a package takes a long time to arrive there is nothing I can do about it.

I don't work on weekends. (But if you need something made really fast and I have to work during the weekend, I will do it if I can.)

REVIEWS: I really appreciate your reviews. A few nice words about my products always brighten my day! Constructive critique is also welcomed. Just please don't give less stars for things that don't depend on me, like the speed of postal services. :) Customers who leave a review will get a 20% off coupon code.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If the Request Custom Order button is activated, then it means I can take custom orders. If not, it means I am already working on some and the option will be available when I finish these or that I am too busy for custom orders ATM. BUT if you REALLY NEED something, message me and I will see what I can do.

HOLIDAYS: If you want to buy something for Christmas or Easter please don't wait until the last moment. These orders should be placed ideally one month in advance. During big holidays postal services are VERY slow and your packages will most probably arrive (very) late if they are not shipped at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Any personal information you provide will only be used to ship the purchased items to you. I won't use your info for anything else and won't give it to anyone else.
